The Deep Health Scorecard

Eight numbers that tell you what’s actually low — and what to do about it

If you’re chronically tired, training hard but feeling worse instead of better, sleeping poorly, snapping at your kids — and your last bloodwork came back “normal” — the answer almost certainly isn’t another supplement. The answer is in the gap between the parts of your health that are well-resourced and the parts that aren’t. This scorecard tells you which.

What’s inside

The 8-dimension scorecard. Score energy, sleep, recovery, focus, mood, purpose, people, and environment — each 1 to 10. Five minutes, one page.

What your total tells you. Specific reads for each total range. Where most people land. What it means.

Where the low scores point — and what to do first. Eight short paragraphs, one per dimension. Each tells you what’s likely going on and the one move to try this week.

Maurice Disley Doctor of Physical Therapy · Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach I’m a clinician and a nutrition coach based at Meridian Fitness in Ludlow, MA. I built this scorecard because most of the people I see in nutrition coaching aren’t there because of “weight” — they’re there because their energy, recovery, or sleep is off, and they’ve tried the obvious lanes without it moving. The scorecard catches the actual pattern. If it tells you something useful, keep going on your own. If your total comes in under 50 and you’re stuck on the obvious moves, that’s the moment a 30- minute conversation with me earns its keep.
